SVRMAF The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Pecos County in southwestern Texas... * Until 345 PM CDT. * At 321 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 21 miles southeast of Saragosa, or 30 miles west of Fort Stockton, moving northeast at 15 mph.
