...Observed flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Minnesota... Cedar River near Lansing affecting Mower County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Minnesota... Cedar River at Austin affecting Mower County. .The heaviest rainfall in the Cedar River Basin fell across the Lansing area, where 2 to 5 inches of rain fell in that sub-basin. With Lansing already cresting lower than the original forecast, have lowered the downstream forecasts at Austin and Charles City accordingly.

Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
