SVRLUB The National Weather Service in Lubbock Texas has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Central Cochran County in northwestern Texas... * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 356 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of Lehman, or 10 miles southwest of Morton, moving northeast at 15 mph.
