Overview
At 431 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Fort Stockton, moving northwest at 5 mph.
Hazard
70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Impacts
Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Fort Stockton and Fort Stockton-Pecos County Airport. This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 258 and 261.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
