SVRBOU The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... East Central Lincoln County in east central Colorado... * Until 430 PM MDT. * At 352 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Arriba, or 23 miles east of Limon, moving east at 30 mph.
