Overview
At 517 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 25 miles east of Marathon, or 29 miles northwest of Sanderson, and is nearly stationary.

60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Pecos County.
