SVRTOP The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Dickinson County in central Kansas... * Until 645 PM CDT. * At 549 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 3 miles northwest of Abilene to 4 miles south of Carlton, moving east at 20 mph.
