Overview
At 552 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 20 miles east of Marathon, or 30 miles west of Sanderson, moving east at 10 mph.

60 mph wind gusts.

Impacts
Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Pecos and northeastern Brewster Counties.
