SVRLUB The National Weather Service in Lubbock Texas has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Floyd County in northwestern Texas... Briscoe County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 715 PM CDT. * At 611 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 miles north of Silverton to Aiken, moving east at 30 mph.
