SVRAMA The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southwestern Donley County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 730 PM CDT. * At 635 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of Brice, or 15 miles south of Clarendon, moving east at 20 mph.
