Description
Overview
At 702 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 4 miles south of St. George to 8 miles southeast of Volland, moving east at 40 mph.
Hazard
70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Public. These storms have a history of producing damaging winds around 70 MPH.
Impacts
Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Alma, Eskridge, Maple Hill, Alta Vista, McFarland, Paxico, Keene, and Volland. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 316 and 345.
Instructions
Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from windows.
