Collingsworth County in the Panhandle of Texas... Eastern Donley County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 729 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 miles north of Hedley to 3 miles west of Quail to near Memphis, moving northeast at 25 mph.
