Collingsworth County in the Panhandle of Texas... Northeastern Donley County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 735 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 miles south of Mclean to 9 miles east of Memphis to 12 miles northwest of Tell, moving northeast at 30 mph.
