SVRTOP The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Jefferson County in northeastern Kansas... * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 741 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 4 miles south of Holton to Topeka, moving east at 50 mph.
