SVRTOP The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southern Brown County in northeastern Kansas... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 749 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Willis, and is nearly stationary.

70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
