SMWTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach out 20 NM... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... * Until 945 PM CDT. * At 841 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Panama City Beach, moving southwest at 15 knots.
