Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional details
- At 105 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Middletown, Mason, Lebanon, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Loveland, Hillsboro, Greenfield, Blanchester, South Middletown, West Chester, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Morrow, Marshall, Kings Island, Rocky Fork Point and Highland Holiday.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
