Overview
At 244 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.

Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Laurelville, Tarlton, Gibisonville, South Bloomingville, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Ilesboro, Union Furnace and Whisler.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
