Description
Overview
At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking line of heavy rain along a line extending from Tampico to Osceola. Movement was east at 35 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and minor flooding.

Strong winds could break tree limbs, knock down weak trees and blow around unsecured objects. Slowing or redirecting of traffic due to ponding or flowing water. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 26 and 73. Interstate 180 between mile markers 2 and 13.
