North Central Lawrence County in southeastern Ohio... Southern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Mason County in western West Virginia... * Until 845 AM EDT. * At 438 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
