At 17.0 feet, Water begins going over several county roads, including 13th St, Kiwi Ave, Orange Ave and Poplar Ave.

- At 5:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
