Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional details
- At 640 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Lynchburg, New Vienna, Marshall, Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Russell, New Market, Martinsville, Fayetteville, St. Martin, Danville in Highland County, Samantha, Highland County Airport, Berrysville, Rocky Fork Lake, Rainsboro, Chasetown, Paint Creek State Park and Lake Lorelei.
