The areas affected include... Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... * At 1146 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located 6 NM southeast of Buoy J, moving southwest at 5 knots. Locations impacted include... Honey Barge, Buoy J, Tug Elmira, Ferry Boat Janet, Buoy Tender Sagebrush, Grays Reef Buoy and Sapelo Buoy S.
