Overview
...The Flood Watch continues for the following rivers in Illinois... Iowa... Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15 affecting Rock Island, Scott and Muscatine zones. .Rainfall that fell Saturday night into early this morning was aligned more with tributaries that flow into the Mississippi south of the Quad Cities. This has resulted in a lower forecast for the Mississippi River in this area. Observational trends will continue to be monitored through this afternoon and evening, and may result in the Watch being cancelled this evening.
