...The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...Illinois... Mississippi River at Canton. Mississippi River at Clarksville. Mississippi River at Saverton. Mississippi River at LaGrange. Mississippi River at Hannibal. Mississippi River at Winfield. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours.
