Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

- At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of up to 2 inches in some locations due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
