Description
Overview
At 307 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Boley Springs to near Abernant. Movement was south at 5 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tuscaloosa, Northport, Holt, Brookwood, Coaling, Vance, Coker, Bull City, Samantha, McFarland Mall, Lake Lurleen State Park, Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, Lake Wildwood, Mercedes Benz Of Alabama, Binion Creek Landing, Abernant, Shelton State Community College, Bryant Denny Stadium, University Mall, and Deerlick Creek Campgrounds. This includes the following highways... Interstate 59 between mile markers 63 and 91. US Highway 43 between mile markers 199 and 222. US Highway 82 between mile markers 32 and 70, and near mile marker 73.
