Overview
Special Marine Warning for... Southern Stephens Passage... Frederick Sound... Sumner Strait... At 1236 PM AKDT, a strong thunderstorm was located northeast of Kake, moving northeast at 25 knots. This storm will bring the potential for sudden winds to near 50 kt and frequent lightning strikes. The strongest part of this storm will approach Cape Fanshaw and the surrounding waters through 1 PM.
