SMWMFL The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Biscayne Bay... Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... * Until 515 PM EDT. * At 440 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Black Point, moving south at 10 knots.
