Overview
For the following areas... Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM... At 516 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Suwannee River, moving southwest at 15 knots.
Hazard
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

Impacts
Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
