Impacts
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

- At 540 PM EDT, emergency management reported many area roadways were still closed with most area creeks out of their banks near the Bethany area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
