Description
The Flood Warning will expire at 6 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny and Washington and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following area, Ohio. Heavy rain has been over for hours but flood waters continue to recede. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
