SMWAJK The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM... * Until 430 PM AKDT. * At 358 PM AKDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 19 NM south of Biorka Island, or 29 NM southeast of Cape Edgecumbe, moving north at 30 knots.
