SMWTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 709 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 14 nm northeast of Panama City Beach, moving southwest at 10 knots.
