SVRCYS The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... East central Cheyenne County in the Panhandle of Nebraska... * Until 700 PM MDT. * At 610 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Colton, or 9 miles northeast of Sidney, moving southeast at 20 mph.
