TORILX The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a * Tornado Warning for... Richland County in southeastern Illinois... Northeastern Clay County in south central Illinois... * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 739 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Sailor Springs, or 10 miles northeast of Flora, moving southeast at 30 mph.
