Overview
At 910 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Jamestown, moving east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Washington Court House, Wilmington, Cedarville, Sabina, Jamestown, Mount Sterling, Jeffersonville, Williamsport, Bloomingburg, New Holland, New Jasper, Staunton, Good Hope, Frankfort, Clarksburg, South Solon, Midway, Bowersville, Port William, and Darbyville.
