FFWILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Fairfield County in central Ohio... Hocking County in central Ohio... Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio... * Until 430 AM EDT. * At 1037 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. The ground is very saturated, so this rain will quickly lead to flash flooding.
