Description
The areas affected include... Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD... Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD... Chester River to Queenstown MD... Eastern Bay... Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 1040 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing northerly winds to around 20 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 15 nm southeast of Turkey Point to 14 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park, moving southeast at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Kent Narrows Bridge, North Point State Park, Magothy River, Chester River, Eastern Bay, Greenbury Point, Sandy Point State Park, Highland Beach, Severn River, Bloody Point Light, Thomas Point Light, Parsons Island, Fort Smallwood State Park, Pinehurst, Gibson Island, Bodkin Point, Tolchester Beach, Love Point, Naval Academy, and Baltimore Light.
