Northern Cumberland County in east central Illinois... * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 1026 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Neoga, moving east at 25 mph.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 between mile markers 177 and 185. Interstate 70 between mile markers 118 and 119, and between mile markers 121 and 126. This also includes Fox Ridge State Park.
