Southeastern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... * Until 530 AM EDT. * At 1228 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Parkersburg, Elizabeth, Mineralwells, Sandyville, Reedy, Palestine, Greencastle, Cherry, Freeport, Morristown, Walker, Lucille, Peewee, Creston, Petroleum, Davisville, Leroy and Nutter Farm. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 174 and 178. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 9 and 30.
