Description
What
For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas around 3 feet expected. For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 5 to 8 feet possible.

Rhode Island Sound and Block Island Sound.
When
For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 5 PM EDT this afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.
Impacts
Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
