Overview
At 1044 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Sandyville, or 10 miles west of Elizabeth, moving east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Parkersburg, Elizabeth, Mineralwells, Cherry, Peewee, Belleville, Walker, Nutter Farm, Petroleum, Palestine, Lucille, Freeport, Greencastle, Morristown, Creston, Davisville, Rockport, Brohard, Macfarlan, and Munday. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 152 and 174. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 12 and 27.
