TORRLX The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a * Tornado Warning for... North central Mingo County in southern West Virginia... Southwestern Lincoln County in central West Virginia... Northwestern Logan County in southern West Virginia... Southeastern Wayne County in western West Virginia... * Until 715 PM EDT. * At 640 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Dunlow, or 13 miles northeast of Inez, moving southeast at 30 mph.
