SMWTAE The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... St. Andrews Bay Waterways... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 554 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 nm east of Panama City Beach, moving northwest at 5 knots.
