Overview
At 704 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Licksburg, or over Salyersville, moving east at 15 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Salyersville, Mason, Brownlow, Flat Fork, Oil Springs, Coon, Gifford, Falcon, Wonnie, Burning Fork, Hargis, Kernie, Cyrus, Mashfork, Elsie, Licksburg, Conley, Stringtown, Grayfox, and Ever. THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 69 and 76.
