Description
Overview
At 635 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Slate Springs, or 15 miles north of Eupora. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Calhoun City, Vardaman, Derma, Slate Springs, Pyland, Atlanta, and Slate Spring.
