Overview
At 701 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Lake Charles Regional Airport, moving west at 15 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Grand Lake, Lake Charles Regional Airport, Hackberry, Carlyss, Hacketts Corner, Heberts Marina, Sweet Lake, and Holmwood.
