Overview

At 704 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Moss Bluff, moving west at 10 mph.

Hazard

Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Impacts

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Moss Bluff, Carlyss, Buhler, and Gillis. This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 19 and 38. Interstate 210 between mile markers 1 and 7, and between mile markers 10 and 12.
