Des Plaines River from US-41 in Gurnee downstream to Townline Road in Vernon Hills, including the Gurnee gauge.

At 7.0 feet, Forest land inundated near the river in Gurnee.

- At 6:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 6.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday morning to a crest of 8.0 feet Wednesday night. It will then fall below flood stage Friday night. - Flood stage is 7.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
